By using LoanSearch you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. What this service is (and is not)
LoanSearch is a lead-generation and comparison service operated by AdMarula (Pty) Ltd. We introduce your application to one or more registered South African credit providers who may or may not contact you with a loan offer.
We are not a credit provider, a credit bureau, a debt counsellor, or a financial services provider. We do not evaluate creditworthiness, approve loans, advance money, or provide financial advice.
2. No guarantee of outcome
Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be contacted by a credit provider, nor that any loan will be approved or offered to you, nor any particular interest rate, term, or amount. All credit decisions are made solely by the credit provider in accordance with the National Credit Act and their own policies.
3. Information you provide must be accurate
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected and may constitute fraud.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in South Africa to use this service.
5. Consent to be contacted
By submitting the form you consent to being contacted by LoanSearch and by credit providers we introduce you to, using the channels you selected. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
6. No fees to use this site
Submitting an enquiry through LoanSearch is free. We earn a referral fee from credit providers; this does not change the terms the credit provider offers you.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by AdMarula (Pty) Ltd or our licensors, and are protected by South African and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish material from this site without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdMarula (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any dealings you have with credit providers introduced through this site.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Submit applications on behalf of another person without authorisation.
- Use automated tools to submit or scrape the site.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
